I have a 2015 C300. My last B service, they claimed they changed the cabin filter and dust filter but they did not. Charged me 525$ too. And they scratched up my bumper so bad I made them take it back and they luckily repainted it for free. I only took my car in for the A/B services to keep a maintenance record for better resale and i did other services myself (brakes, rotors, battery, etc) but at this point I’m done with the dealer. I’ll be doing oil changes myself and saving big money 💰
I'm not sure why you didn't have a "ditty" to change this oil Marine, but I'll digress. Semper Fi Brother, and you are totally correct ... want things done correctly, do it yourself!
hey buddy! thinking about buying a used non-certified c300 from a dealership. Ran into your videos. It only has like 25k miles on it and its a 2016. You think I'll be fine without a warranty? Also, do you have more maintenance videos strictly for your c300 you can post?
I have not done many maintenance videos just basic stuff. You can search my channel for Mercedes and find them all. I would not be scared to buy without a warranty. It has been a great car for me. Filters from Autohaus, oil from the dealer, it’s pretty low maintenance. I now have 90k miles on this car.
Twice. For the same issue. It was a PCV sensor. It was a year apart. I’m not sure if the part was just bad or if It’s an inherent bad design. The sensor is molded into the hose on the side of the motor. I have the warranty so I didn’t care to do it myself. I was told the part is around $150.
Nice video of showing us to change the oil by just opening the oil cap..and jacking the car up with the jack and not Jack stands supported. Was hoping for you to go underneath and open the drain plug ect..and the whole shebang.
All I’ve had is trouble. I have a tech at the dealer that isn’t allowed to touch my car. My service advisor knows, I provided all of the pictures of stuff left in my car and everything left loose. Like ridiculous
