In episode #1, we had stumbled upon a 2005 Mercedes CL55 AMG that was abandoned in a storage unit, last on the road over 5 years ago!
In this episode, we perform it's first oil change, and flush the brake fluid.
Oil:
LIQUI MOLY Leichtlauf High Tech 5w40, 5L, x2 (8.9 Qts required)
Oil Filter:
MAHLE OX345/7D
Oil Drain Plug Copper Gasket:
Dorman 097-827CD (1/2" O.D., 9/16" D.O., M14 S.O.)
Brake Fluid:
Pentosin Super DOT4 (DOT4+)

It sounds night and day different with new oil. Pretty sure the old stuff viscosity was off with that gassy smell it had too.....

Also for advice, you should always have a vacuum on the pipe at all times that is doing the draining and ensure vacuum is high when you tighten up. using just the pipe without the cap is not by design.

Get the Mann oil filter, which is OEM. The One you have will collapse regardless of the glue strip that goes around it.

The brake bleeder has a cap that goes onto the bleed screw, this fits on the end of the hose - I wonder why you are missing the black plastic cap.

yes, you are right! I must be missing a tapered rubber fitting!!! Im going to buy a new kit with that part and try that next time that would have worked a ton better!!!
