+Elmediterraneo Manifico Well it's always a question of: Do you have the very car from that generation in stock in a good shape? I have experienced that with many manufacturers that even they themselves cannot manage to bring all generations together as its not that easy to get and also keep them in shape

Autogefühl the models you showed are a lot more rare than w210 ,w211 and w212 , you could have easily managed to bring them , or you can take my w212 ✌

I had a W124 300D Wagon years ago, that was a comfortable but glacially slow car, I did like it. Sad to see the W210 absent from this line up, I had many of them and all brilliant. A facelift W210 320 V6 was pretty much perfect at the time, except for the tendency to rust around the wheel arches!

What is your favourite E-Class Generation? Mine is 08:33 - 230 (W 123), 1979 (production: 1976 - 1985) :-)

+Autogefühl Mine is W124. Really awesome one! Still can see lot's of them in my city. It's very reliable and perfectly designed car (IMAO) =)

W124 for sure. Still have one (late ‘93 E300 Diesel with OM606). Slow, but so well engineered and still a pleasure to cruise in.. And the sound... oh the sound... 😄

I have a 1967 W110 fintail 200. A great example of fine design&also cutie too. W191,off course,is my top favourite classic Mercedes;along with W136,W153. I also do like W123&every variant of the ponton,including W120;absolutely&resolutely.

Great video, but I remember 2017 e-class is the 10th generation, so here it may not be "All generations together"?

in my opinion this is just pure marketing of mercedes. Where is w210? Where is w211 or w212? They don't want to compare to most recent models? The answer is - Yes. They took only old models of E class in order to make the focus on the "real evolution" . wow! P.s. there are still thousands of w124 in post soviet countries, that was the car produced to show the quality, but not marketing tricks. Imho

+Autogefühl I think they want consumers to forget the poor owner satisfaction from the W210 W211 and play the nostalgia card. Because we all know cars back then lasted forever and never broke down (Ha!).

the W210 and W211 are actually very different from all the others. My W211 in particular is a very pretty looking car.

mich würde interessieren welche fahrleistung die alle bei voller zuladung haben. und das neueste auto sollte das concept IAA sein... das ist wirklich innovativ.
