Great video. My '85 380SL odometer just stopped. Been watching a few of these and your video is very easy to understand. I am handy but now I just need to get the nerve up to repair mine. Where did you get the interior plastic tool from? I have seen videos where theus a tool with little hooks at the end of a handle to pull the assembly as well.

Onliest thing I REALLY needed more help with was that brass fitting you removed with the birdbeaks. Any more help you can give with getting that off? Mine's stuck and I'm afraid of penetrant unless I hear it's ok?

Any chance you know where to find a diagram that shows the 15 pin cluster arrangement behind the speedometer. I accidentally opened it and want to put all connectors back in correctly. 1984 380SL

Great video. Can I send my cluster to you for repairs? I have expertly the same issues with my odometer not rolling over on the same model 380SL 1985.

How did u remove the oil line from the cluster I'm having issue getting that off
