As a technician, a diagnostic check is to check the problem of a vehicle and verify the problem. But I guess in this era of technicians, they are not properly trained and misinform customers. They take a look at vehicles like it's a difficult math problem and then guess the issue. But yes, a refund for that diagnostic from Omaha Mercedes needs to be refunded.👌

My only question, is why do you keep returning to MB of Omaha? I’ve heard great things about Star Class Motors in Papillion Nebraska on anything European.
