Was looking at how to fit an indicator lens and this came up. Kudos to these guys who have such craft. What would we do without these workers who are an invaluable part of society. The years of learning their craft and the tools they need, not to mention crawling about on hands and knees in a pretty dirty job deserves respect.
I am in the middle of doing the exact same job plus the right rear vertical pillar and full quarter panel and inner quarter panel.. reading this comment has made all the cuts n bruises and metal fillings in the eyes and welder burns worth it ...thank you kindly
I watched this video because I had the same job to do on my much older W903 312 lwb sprinter but because of rot. Although its really old, its low mileage and I can fit my dragbike inside but I couldn't justify paying a professional for what is toy transport. The video really helped to set me thinking about the best way to tackle the job and get access to the seams to gain access to weld like it was built rather than trying to patch repair and I went the new panels route & worked progressively outwards and its come out well. You are a proper unibody reconstruction artisan and watching your videos is informative. Thank you.
An excellent repair job. The only issue I would have is when the centre pull is created downwards on the back panel it is creating a lot of pressure and stress on the chassis at the axle stand position regardless of the front being cross chained. If the van was bolted to a frame/jig it would spread the stress evenly.
Another great job Sebastian, the laser level reminded me of Arthur Tussick, he uses his plenty of times such attention to detail when you fix the vehicles to make the repair invisible to the customer, well done 👍👍

Takie Sppritki to na dwa siłowniki się prostuje jak marzenie .Jeszcze uchwytu Power lock i system pomiarowy Blackhawk SHARK i byłoby ful profesional .I zgrewarka by sie przydała albo chociaż lutospawanie ale jest ok. Karzdy jakoś zaczyna ale robótka solidna i estetyczna łapka w górę i subskrybcja leci .
Is body corrosion resistance effective enough after such repair? Anywhere similar to factory standards with protective layers applied by you in the course of reparation?
@@sebastianjedrzejczyk9597 I've got a Renault master 2017 damaged in accident rear quarter panel needs renewed rear ofside door renewed bumper plus trims and rear pilar damaged creased and bent inside effecting door hinge iv been quoted 9k plus vat i thought it to be very expensive?
