Wow! That's nice! Looking online I found them for very reasonable price at some dealers and outrages price at others. The lowest I saw was in the 120s. To me, there is a lot of value at that price.
And, of course, you have seen them all! And since YOU feel it is the worse floor plan you have ever seen, I guess Regency should close up shop, because obviously the "Lord" has spoken!!
