Hello Mr. Hanish, the Timing Chain Kit that i Was using for the engine in this video was Good aftermarket Timing chain kit , it has all gears and guides but no crankshaft sprocket. The crankshaft sprocket were Good, Thanks For Watching & Have a Nice Day.
Hi, Mr. Alan i believe for this engine , if the engine chain jumped. do not try to start the engine again before fixed , and 90% the valves will not be get hit with the pistons and get damaged !!! if the Engine Luck !!! doing engine compression test the way i do for this engine can tell if the valves damaged or not. watch my Videos on My Channel and see how i do the compression test easy for this engine. have a nice day.
if I do ,I will put a weight on each end of the chain, made sure they won't slip into the engine when riding the new chain , easy slip when oil on heads.😅
Hi, Mr. Alan Thanks for watching, this chain can stay holding its self back by its own weight and if it fell down in the engine, it is Super easy to get it back with a magnet, sometime if i have different job to do before finish this engine chain job, i let the engine chain go , and i get it back when i comeback to continue the engine chain job. !!!!!!! but some engines can not let the engine chain go !!!!!!! it will Be hard to get the engine chain back . but this engine is Special.
