My First impressions of this new Mercure Icon Singapore City Centre hotel.
Located at 8 Club Street, Mercure ICON Singapore City Centre has 989 rooms and the workers were still busy renovating this hotel while allowing guests to check in here. Service was slow especially housekeeping and there’s a lot of construction to be done.
I’m shocked at the toilet size it is the smallest toilet I had ever stayed in Singapore. Imagine Hotel Boss or V Lavender toilet but smaller! The pool is nice but the jacuzzi is down. There’s a 24 hours gym and there’s no laundromat here so you have to get it done across the road at Chinatown area.
Plenty of self wash coin operated laundry services shops nearby. Restaurant and cafes were closed don’t know when they will be opened.
