Maybe this is why I used to always do so horribly on tests in school? I would ALWAYS overthink some of the questions and end up getting them wrong because the actual answer just seemed too simple to me.

That's also very true about being very visual. When someone is talking to me and trying to tell me something, I'm like "can you show me, instead? I'm not going to take any of this in!" If I can write something down, it stays in my mind much better. I just have to say that watching your videos, I feel like you're talking right to me and we're having a conversation. I'm not sitting here talking back to my computer, but in my mind I'm totally agreeing with you and conversing and having a whole conversation and it's really special. Not because you're super pleasant (which you are), but because you just get it. You know what you're talking about, it's from such a real place and I just love it. I'm sure you know how special of a gift you've got with this, but I just have to say it again. You just gained a new fan! Thank you!

Yeah, when I smoke I feel like I think about things in depth. I'll sit there for an half an hour just thinking about how the world works and how humans act and react to certain things. I think about a lot already and smoking just expands my thoughts just like you said. It kind of sucks because I feel like all of people don't understand where I'm coming from and just tell me I'm overthinking everything.

My lover has this and he told me that he used to participate (with the natives) doing peyote ceremonies. He has had a near death experience as a kid which makes him want to tap into higher levels of knowing. He can penetrate through higher levels with ease and doesn’t need to use substanances to “get it.”

I’ve watched a couple of your different videos on Sagittarius placements (I have a very heavily Sag influenced chart) and I love the way you just light up when you talk about the sign. I’m sure a lot of it has to do with your partner signs in Gemini but it’s just so happy and inspiring.

Because of that endless quest in the mind etc, I could never smoke and wouldn't bc I can fly off in my mind easily. In away I'm afraid of falling into the rabbit hole. Mercury in sag and sun in sag with neptune in sag and mars in gemini with venus in libra. Yes before I knew about metaphysics, I was practicing as a child without knowing anything about it. I was always an old soul who is full of curiosity.

I'm a mercury in sag, (rising is Taurus, moon is Taurus, and sun is Sag), and I felt the need to post to let you know my experience. I personally dislike smoking and I do it only occasionally, only when I feel the want to, and if I am in the right place and mindset. I will pick up hookah or a cigar before puffing a bowl... Anyway, I do want to confirm that I love mind expanding activities and substances. Anything that helps me grow as a person and keeps me constantly progressing... And I also fear boredom... However, I find my mind is very good at keeping me busy... Always looking forward to the next task or project. Thanks for your videos; You are extremely insightful.

Mercury in Sagittarius Sun in Scorpio here. MAN I love WEED. I fancy myself a deep Person with a Philosophical world view, however I could have NEVER put that into words to fully understand myself until I started smoking pot. I have the best thoughts by myself and in conversations with others under the influence. I do the same thing maybe to a lesser extent with coffee and alcohol as well. As a new driver I would get nervous driving sober (in my head too much) however once under the influence as long as I'm not tired I can communicate, drive, or write poetry almost with PERFECTION. Even came up with a concept and podcast title on accident that aligned perfectly with this segment of my astrological chart AND my personality type (INTP). The Concept of Gunpowder Philosophy I coined before I even realize that I thought in philosophical terms. So I realized that I don't know everything but I know shit sometimes before I even realize why or how I know it.

I have Mercury in Sagittarius in the 12th house in Retrograde! Probably my favorite placement that I have, but also one of the most difficult (at times). Smoking weed does something for my mind that completely slows down, compartmentalizes, and spices up my thoughts. It's not that I can't think without smoking weed, I can. But I truly have a very difficult time with my day to day mind, I always have. It feels like my mind goes about seven thousand miles a minute sometimes, and there are so many ideas flying around constantly that I can't possibly keep up with or write them all down or tend to all of them. If that's the case, I'm going to miss something! I'll forget! When I smoke, I do get a bit more forgetful, but it puts all of my thoughts in what seems to be an organized, chronological order. And each thought branches out into a million other thoughts, only it's controlled. And it's enhanced. I'd like to be able to achieve this level of thinking without marijuana, but maybe that's just what it was put on this earth for, people with minds like us (and bodies that need healing!).

Yo. I sooooo get that I got Sag in Merc too and my friend got gem in Merc and Every time we smoke Shittttt the kind of things we come up with. I feel like we could literally start our own school or course . I feel like I know everything when I get really high. every answers I seek for I unconsciously end up knowing them well most of them. I actually feel like a Genius even my Gemini friend says the same thing about me

Hello will! I’m a little late but I’m on my journey of self and learning through numerology as well as astrology. I’ve watched a lot of your videos and it’s been very informative so thank you for that. Now, onto the question of smoking… I’ve never smoked in my life but will not judge anyone who does because everyone is different and need it for a certain reason. My Pisces moon would make me addicted to any vices and I had that problem with alcohol so I stopped cold Turkey and would never want to do anything like that again and I feel smoking would have a similar effect to that for me. I have Sagittarius in mercury and can relate to getting bored fast and I think it’s bad when I tell people they’re boring me to death but I’m blunt at times but my Scorpio sun, mars and Pluto wants me to be quiet and observe and get what I want. I have libra in Venus and rising which I learned when I was younger I was always trying to please my parents but it did help because now I have my masters degree and always learning everyday and I know the sag in mercury in me wants me to continue to learn and question everything. I have so many dreams and follow my intuition and I know I should devote my life to peace, spirituality and helping others to succeed. Thank you and god bless. A new subscriber here!

in response to smoking- i'm merc in sag, moon in sag, ascendant, sun, pluto and mars in scorpio and although from time to time i really enjoy smoking, i don't like the "lazy aftereffect" that comes with it when all my ideas are gone after it wears off. also i feel although i am having fun, i'm almost never doing anything productive that will last or propel me afterwards. i am however crazy about mushrooms which is funny since you just mentioned terrence mckenna. hell yeah. also very very true about skating over common sense. lol. "superficiality" but we are staring at the horizon :)

hey ! Well, about my mercury in sag .. sometimes my mercury gives me a big appreciation about situation. It is like I can see problems in their all complexity, at the first sight. (maybee my venus in libra help me also ..) Its is weird ! lol, It's really like an high inspiration by understanding, and it gives me a clear "vision" and reflexions about any subjects. Albert Camus,my favorite author got his mercury in sag. :) J'espère que tu comprends mon anglais :D ! hahaha. Bisou !
