Hello. I am watching the webinar on Sept 17. This is so fascinating. I live on the Ottawa River (at Britannia) and am thinking about the increase in flooding since 2016 or so. Since methyl mercury developes in areas of eutrophication of flooded terrestrial areas, I am wondering if frequency of flooding could be a factor in increasing levels of mercury in fish. .
