The 41 is how many blocks high you are (altitude) from bedrock. It's very helpful when building or tunneling if you want to build or dig to a specific spot or height you can coordinate without guessing.

Nah but the lockpick in skyrim requires you to pick a spot and then slightly put on tension, and if the pick has tension you find another spot. To me, observing this it looks like you pick a spot and just hit space bar and you either get it or you don't. Fallout and skyrim both have it that you can tweak it.

@@rednblue117 You can tweak it, they just slam the space bar and don't pay enough attention. I've been pretty successful in using them in this mod. It's not as nice or easy as skyrim or fallout but it can be adjusted.

Neebs: gas is measured in milliliters. 25 would be 0.025 liters (about one teaspoon; or an Eagle eye, or a Bear toe, or one 9mm bullet, however you want to measure things). Simon: sledge has a lot of range, stand back more and use regular swings. Power swings use too much stamina and there is a three second delay before stamina returns.

That would make sense, sense it stacks to 6000. So that would be 6 liters. But 6 liters is not a lot of gas either.

@@QBITASSASSIN Yeah, not much at all. And I don't know if 6 Liter Jerry cans are common. But when you consider what each vehicle can fit in the tank and how long it lasts in game it 'sort of' works out.

They still play the game like it is a16 and even then they never understood that clothing had temperature values, not just for looks. This is how it goes though when you want to do a cinematic or story style gameplay vs gamer gameplay. Playing it properly wouldn't be interesting

I believe that since the game defaults to metric the gas is measured in milliliters so you put 40mL of gas in an icecream truck and were surprised it only went 500 ft...

Don't bother, other mods are far better. This is a short play through or at least should be, neebs crew will take a long time. Plenty of mods you can hire soldiers or people with so many things added to the game

Started watching these guys yesterday for first time. Watched Alone series,and Darkness falls, and now this one. I heard about you guys watching jawoodle who i have watched for years. Neebs your standard fuel can(plastic) holds like 5litres and a jerry can(metal) holds like 20litres so it was probably 40 litres you put in

Love watching needs. Been a fan for years and years, but Apsro stop stealing all the loot. If I asked for help with that bear as I was looting but the friend came and said, watch the bear I’ll loot. That would tick me off. No! Help me unalive bear and leave. It’s my loot. No wonder Simon is always so further behind in levels or doesn’t have the best weapons. Simon say NO MORE 😂

Lockpicking in fallout was fairly easy...I'm assuming it's different on here because I've watched appsro's playthrough of fo4. You shouldn't really break lockpicks if you do it right.

Yes there is a WHOLE process to repsiring certsin vehicles in this mod, I dont think you can BUILD them, you need to find wheels, carborators, spark plugs, batteries, pistons, a LOT of car stuff to restore broken down vehicles thst have that 7 step process or even more. Simon got lucky finding that Vehicle impact driver, but NOW youd jeed steel to fix the decontruct damage. Bit of an exploit if you HAVE steel, you can GET spare parts some times if you disassemble it to critical, THEN repair with steel, rinse and repeat for more possible parts. Oh yes vehicle aquirement can be a chore but its so worth it XD

I honestly don't see them going too far with this, the mod is not just punishingly hard, it's imbalanced. Vanilla weapons cannot do enough damage to take down even the base-level super mutants or death claws, and they are EVERYWHERE in the main cities. This is the most brutally difficult 7D mod I've tried, with virtually no QoL tweaks, and it's just not fun. : /

Geez the whole gas thing was a weird line to keep dragging out. You've played the game how long? Some games like the realism of trying to figure out the weight of objects, but normally only if it matters. Like the long Dark, it'll count out for you how much water you have in standard units, and add it to your weight limit. For all intents and purposes, a stack is a full can, they could make it 100, as in percent of a can, but that doesn't tell you much either in terms of how long it should take, and it invites realism questions, the... well, actually with this many gallons of fuel a car like this should travel... and a big stack presumably suits the numbers they want to give when you're looting it or crafting it. If it was 100, the lowest increment you could loot would be 1, unless they do decimals, in which case why not just keep it to whole numbers and make the stack bigger... like they have. 24 what? 24 6000ths of a can, suck it up.

fuel could be millilitres. 6000 would be 6litres. depends on how much to fill the vehicles. a car should be around 60L to fill. if the fuel has weight petrol should be roughly 1KG per litre. this assumes whoever programmed the fuel stats put that much thought into it edit: playing too many other survival games. nothing has a weight in 7 days. some stuff stacks seemingly infinitely. how much fuel does it take to make a fuel drum? that looks to be 44gallon which is 200L once again assuming whoever programmed the .xml was doing so for realism and not game balance

40 gas is like 0 gas in 7 days. 😂 cmon neebs. If I had to guess, its probably milliliters, thats the only thing that would make sense to me. 40 ml would be like 1/100th of a gallon i think so... effectively 0 in an ice cream truck.

Dora, that robot is from a game series you might have heard of, it’s called Fallout. Not from Lost In Space. In Fallout it’s called a Protectron.

Fallout used the robot model from Forbidden planet because Fallout is based on 1950s aesthetics, and that was the most popular model for a robot in that era.

I have a funny feeling that the FO-mod is going to give Darkness Falls a run for it's money with it comes to the NeebsGaming Deathcounter, lmao! Easily my favorite series since Darkness Falls and the Loser Challenge series.

I find it funny how much happiness there was when I saw the change from the old oblivion lock picking system to the new skyrim one and then just seeing Dora absolutely flounder And hate this form of lock picking and yeah try playing the other s*** that was more f****** garbage.

Neebs its saying 0% because there is less than 1% fuel in it. vehicles in this mod take several 1000 gas to fill the tanks. also GO RING THE BELL in the bell tower at the fire station or church. also you need to loot the bodies in this mod cause there are no loot bags. traders are 24/7 in this mod too.

Even with the creators of the game making it mighty simple for everybody, by replacing gallons and liters with something everybody can relate to, which is basic units there is still this green dumbo who cant get that it doesnt represent anything in particular, then proceeds to raape the logic by pure shock that 24 gas (while in 7dtd thousand is a serious fraction of the full tank...) is still 0%... Id be mighty happy that it holds so much gas tbh

Looks like an awesome fun mod and enjoying the Fallout themed 7Days! Only criticism is sad there’s Zero penalty for deaths, so there’s Zero actual risk.

How long have they played this game and still not know that you need hundreds of gas units to make any fuel gauge move and usually thousands to fully fuel it? Think from 0 some might take 10k or more, been awhile since I last played. Also doesn't help I usually use the vehicle mod and spend a lot of time with the helicopter and I think that takes 10k from 0, so probably the truck is the same.

Ya know I wasn’t sure about this series. I was kinda disappointed a first they didn’t do an actual fallout game like 76 since that’s been doing well recently. But this is pretty good. I would still like a fallout game series other than fallout 4. But this is good
