my daughter had this same Problem the doctor (here in Austria) suggest me to put black tea water (English breakfast tea) with Cotton on the rashes area this is the best for small baby dont use any thing else..oil Shampoos etc within few days u will se a Differenz
Actually this is because of changed atmosphere because you lives in Canada and Canada is cold place and she living there from her birth now she is in India so whether is changed so her body will take time to adjust to the environment here ❤
