In my complex one of my friend is their, she lives in west bengal but her parents live in Assam. She never talks to anyone, her family gave her to someone else because of worst situation. What’s the use of caring though… he never actively tried to stop any emotional, mental or physical abuse that she endured. Some of it also happened in front of his eyes but he was as useful as a wall during those times. He didn’t actually do anything. He did the bare minimum which was being kind and respectful. :(

Just came across this series, was watching it until 3am in the morning. Really, this series is something that shows the reality of every other child who is deprived of their parental love due to certain circumstances in life. So heartbreaking to see such an innocent child being treated like that.I couldn’t stop my tears while watching the whole series.Really liked the character who played Hala ( both little one and grownup).

The moment in which Nafees left his daughter and walked away was very touching. It is not a good thing for a child to be separated from his parents at such a young age. I don't like Nafee's family, they are all selfish people. The only person who seems to be a righteous person is the little uncle. Meanwhile, all the others are people who are sold for interest, Nafee's mother and brothers. As for their wives, I don't know what to think, they are also mothers and are not able to give a little love to a small child.

I feel so bad for Hala she didn't want her dad to go and he ended up leaving it was so sad to watch but at the same time her dad didn't want to he genuinely didn't want to he was even crying he really cares for Hala his tears and the way he speaks to her was all genuine but it was heartbreaking the way he left her
No he didn't......How can anyone choose partner over their child.....She is in this world because of him n his first wife.....She was their responsibility.....But this guy is only concerned about his second wife n life in London......Her mother is also selfish i guess...... That's a stereotype. There many biological parents out there who are terrible to their kids. And that's when foster parents or adoptive parents do stellar work in bringing up kids. There is no rule book which set of parents are good, or bad.
5:32 the way she said those words holding her hands together, it breaks my heart there's no count how many are there such children who have to live such a life. I literally had tears seeing her asking for mercy infront of her own dad because he's leaving her.

I feel bad for Shahjahan. She doesn’t get respect from her family, then in future she vents out all her anger on Hala. Ofcourse that's not fair, she has no right to do so. But actually she's also oppressed by her husband & MIL.
But there mother in law n her bad attitude destroyed all kindness from the ladies. They r also not wrong in their behavior. Shahjahan reminded abt medicines to her hysband. What Shahjahan has gone through is also very toxic! All this is happening because of Hala's dadi, that's why Shahjahan used her as a punching bag to cope her depression, I am not justifying anyone but if they want to correct the wrong they should correct it in every aspect!
