Okay what Meredith had with Derek was a once in a lifetime thing, but after all that she's been through, she deserves a second chance at love and life and happiness. I hope they dont mess this up coz in that case I'm pretty sure I wont be watching GA ever again.

I've been with this show since day 1, so I well know the passionate romance of MerDer, they were a 1 in a million couple, but he's gone, he's dead off the show, he's not coming back, he couldn't even if he wanted to, because Derek is dead! Let Meredith love again. For a while there, I feared they would never let her have a new love & as some of you recall, Lucus wasn't her 1st boyfriend after Derek died, but, I feel Lucus could be her last. I want them to eventually get married, her kids deserve to have another great man as their Father & tbh, I know Derek would approve of Lucus, he's a stand up guy. Plus OMG, is it just me or does every time he looks at her, every woman watching feels something? lol. I didn't notice him when he was 1st cast, just another cute guy, but the writers have stepped up on him & now I see, this man is kind & sexy & strong, I like Andrew DeLuca with Meredith. There will never be another Derek, but, you can fall in love more than once in your life, moving on doesn't mean forgetting.

Meredith deserves to be happy and feel sexy again. She's only in her 40s. She can't be expected to be sexless for 40 more years. That's horrible. DeLuca will never be Derek but it's been 5 or 6 years since Derek died in the show - she needs to start moving on.
