I'm not sentimental to begin with and I knew Derek was going to die like 10 episodes ahead. And also his death was really fast and stupid, that whole storyline with how he went to DC for the last time and died was stupid tbh, which didn't give much chance to have deep emotions about it. Besides, even though I really loved Derek and merder, for me the key relationship in the show was mertina, and Cristina herself was the character I loved and related to the most. So yeah, I did tear up a bit on Derek's death, but Cristina leaving was a much bigger 'tragedy' for me. I hope this explains me not crying over derek :)
Very, very good. Mer and Christina were the true love story of this series. Boy friends, husbands disappoint, a best friend is forever. Through ups and downs, separations and distance, best friends rule.
I am watching season 11 right now and it feels so weird without Cristina, I miss her sooo much, she was my favorite. I would love for her to come back at some point, even if it’s just for a single episode.
