It’s in the events tab. The event is known as “Lindsay’s New York story”. Complete the event with as a high a reached lvl as possible, then use the gains of said levels to create items. The higher lvl an item, the better. The items that come from those items are the ones that’ll lead to the ornament. Still, at least 2 playthroughs lasting a total of 6 days each are required.
