TVS Star city bike on road price in 2011was around 41k..that bike being 10yrs old will be 20k max if able to sell also..& if the damage part is repaired also will cost 10/15k max. So you paying 50k was just way too much unreasonable..That bike guy took the full advantage of You being a Good Person. Anyways No life's lost..it is what it is, certain things can be learnt only through experience, Consider it as a Donation from your side kinda buying a new bike as Christmas gift .

The bike owner was an OPPORTUNIST who asked excess amount for a 10 year old bike. He should have been reasonable enough for a person who is promoting Arunachal Pradesh. Never mind Lenzing, whatever happens, happens for good ! Best wishes Brother !

@@Mambo05-f5k It was an unintentional accident after which Lenzing offered to repair the bike and also offered his own Pulsar bike for replacement both of which was denied by the bike owner. The owner insisted for replacement of bike with new one & finally agreed for Rs. 50,000 compensation which only proves that the owner is a BIG TIME OPPORTUNIST !
Glad you are safe ! 50k is an absolute rip off for a 2011 bike. I am struggling to sell my 2012 bike for 20k ! But this should be a lesson - never take the road especially at night when you are tired ! NEVER.

Even if he tried to take you to court you’d probably be fined a much smaller amount if he had parked in an unofficial parking space or on the highway you wouldn’t be fined. A new TVS star city 2011 is only 41K in the showrooms. You should only have to pay 20k Max.
