ニットの紐で手編みしたおしゃれ布ぞうり MERI は70年以上編み続けているメリヤスの編機から専用に紐を作り、その紐を熟練した職人が一足一足丁寧にふっくらしっかり手編みしたルームシューズです。履けば履くほどご自身の足型に馴染んでいきフィット感が増していきます。また吸水速乾性、抗菌防臭性にも優れていてお洗濯もできるので清潔に長く履いていただけます。（洗濯ネットに入れていただければ洗濯機で洗うこともできます ※乾燥機不可）
MERI is a pair of stylish hand-knitted fabric sandals made of knitted cord. The more you wear them, the more they adapt to your foot shape and the better they fit. They also have excellent water absorption, quick drying, antibacterial and deodorant properties, and can be washed, so you can keep them clean and wear them for a long time. (You can also machine wash them if you put them in a laundry net).

.Handwoven by Craftswomen with Our Original Knit Yarn for Maximum Comfort
Meri Zori Slippers are handwoven by experienced craftswomen who can make 2 to 3 pairs a day. As great skill is required to adjust the shape of the slipper while weaving, the craftswomen are trained well in order to maintain the level of quality we expect. The slippers themselves are woven with knit yarn that is made with knitting machines in Ryogoku, the town where our company was founded. Both history and skills are found in every stitch.

MERIは、熟練の職人さんが一日に２、３足しか編めない布ぞうり。形を整えながら絶妙な力加減で編み込むには技術が求められ、品質を維持するために職人の育成にも取り組んでいます。地元、両国のメリヤス編み機でつくるニットヤーンで編み上げた厚手の土台はふんわりむっちり。MERIの編み目には、歴史と技術が詰まっています。
Gentle on Your Bare Feet and Comfortable After Being Washed
The knit yarn that is used to make Meri Zori Slippers is Toray Airlet. This soft to the touch knit yarn is hollow in the middle, so air can get in and keep the slippers fluffy. The anti-bacterial fabric the zori slippers are made with is easy to wash - just put them in a laundry net before throwing them in the washing machine, and they will come out as good as new. Keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter with these quick-drying slippers! Don’t throw these zori slippers away after use. Keep them for a long time and be more comfortable than you would barefoot.
