Performing Merle Haggard's "Think I'll Just Stay Here And Drink" with Luke Gallagher live at Strings Attached Guitar Festival, Margaret River, 9th October 2021. My brother Luke got asked to play his first guitar-centric festival billed under his own name, so he put together this band and took the opportunity to put together a set of unconventional country songs, opting for more of the classic tunes & chicken pickin' barn burners than the usual go to pub/line dance numbers.
Super fun tune to play, get to really hold back on that cruisey groove!

Apologies for the poor audio quality, I had to use the GoPro's stage audio for a consistent mix so its a bit keys heavy and low on guitar volume, but I thought the video had a cool vibe with the shed setting. Not the best acoustics but vibey enough for an authentic out in the stix honky tonk video!
