If you take his assessments with a grain of salt then you don't know anything about Merril Hoge. Seriously this just seems like you coping. He many very accurate assessments of prospects. Back in 2014 he said Clowney wasn't worthy of the #1 pick and Mack was better. Nobody was saying that at the time, Clowney was the consensus #1. He said Malik Willis wasn't a first round QB when he was being mocked in the first, as high as top 10. Last year he said CJ Stroud was the best QB in the draft. That doesn't he will always be right but he knows what he is talking about. This should be concerning for Pats fans who want Maye

@@ok_but_why maybe. Stroud is a perfect example of why what team drafts you matters. Do you think that if Stroud was taken by the Panthers he would have done much better than Bryce Young ? I think the Patriots should take Penix jr over anyone not maimed Caleb Williams because I know he can deal with adversity and has the second best arm talent in this draft

Every time I see Merril, I think about the wear and tear he endured in the NFL and am real glad that he retired when he did to preserve his mental abilities and allow him to become an insightful analyst.

If Drake Maye had 2 more years in college and was throwing to nabers and Brian Thomas it wouldn’t even be a question between Daniels and Maye. If Washington takes Daniels, New England should run the card up for Maye. (The reason I said if Maye had 2 more years of college is because Jayden has played two more years of college and is older)

@@andresgirardo8481 His age isn't a huge consideration to me considering the position he plays. Many QBs play into their late 30s. He seems to have shown he's overcome his injuries IMO too.

@@tecurran64 I like him too mr curran. I'm only saying that a player potential is maybe the biggest factor in the scouting equation and that favours younger prospects like Maye. Injury proneness is always a concern. He tore his acl twice in his right knee and had injuries in both shoulders. That sounds scary.

Mac 10 was good until Belichick broke his confidence sitting him for Zappe... I'd just let Kraft make the pick... it's his team..... he has to live with it. Safest pick is taking Harrison Jr. ... he'd make Brissett look so much better, or any QB they have.

Curran's football knowledge is so shitty beyond horrendous how does he have a job bad whoever he doesn't like I'll take them. They obviously have fundamentals and basic knowledge of football. Go back to any post game if u don't believe me, especially the bills game.hes trying to scapegoat w the trade down scenarios "oat wuSnT mAks fAult" the line blocked the reciever got open ,the call was perfect............. interception.....ask Germany about it
