Hey mate your right. Callan has been playing the game for a long time however was his first game ever with rivendell and got lost in the heat of the moment! Cheers for the heads up!
Hey, noticed a good bit of rule breaks on the elven side. You shielded a few times with the dismounted elves, once they are dismounted they can no longer use their shields since they have bows. The expert rider rule only lets them use the shields with bows while mounted. Also the twins have to choose a single stance in a fight once dismounted, so you can't get the extra dice and shield at the same time. You did it a couple of times that I noticed. Noticed a few others as well, can't speak to the other army as I only play elves. I think with those rules done right the other player may have had a better time. Although I don't know because those dice were brutal!
Hey mate thanks for watching and the feedback! We try and exit our comfort zone to play new armies and keep the channel fresh. I believe this is the first time Cal played an all mounted force so a few mistakes were to be expected. Thanks for pointing them out though definitely helps keep our games tighter in future. -Jeff
Just FYI they FAQ'd that any models that don't count toward your bow limit also don't count towards the number of models you have to determine the 33% limit for the rest of your army. So the Rivendell list here would ignore Elrond's 8 models and count the 33% from the other warband's 10 models, so unfortunately the Rivendell list here is illegal. You would just need to put all the knights in Elrond's warband and run the twins alone.
