These look great, hopefully all arrive safe. Appreciate you including the failed attempt at greenstuff, gave me a bit of confidence that I might have a go. Although I confess I had a chuckle when you put the second attempt on, the guy looked like Clint Eastwood in a western with that poncho.
Thanks man :). Yeh I am a bit worried due to my previous record with the royal mail but one can hope this time itll work lol. Go for it man, It does take time to get it right but if you keep at it you can do it. I know, It was a spectaculary bad attempt :P

Absolutely amazing conversions! I've always loved mixing historical kits into existing ones. I've been working on a mostly Norman themed Arnor army for a while now.
@@jmaccsarmiesofArda I use a hodgepodge of ranges since Normans are such a common occurrence in historicals and makes you kinda spoiled for choice. As far as plastics go, the Victrix box has so much bang for your buck and a lot of spearmen optoons to boot. I also love the Footsore Miniatures metal sculpts too. I've taken to sculpting an orle(cloth wrap) on their helmets and giving them all traveling cloaks too. Haven't fully decided whether I'm gonna keep their kite shields or replace them with GW Arnor style shields. Been considering making some videos on the project, actually.

@@jmaccsarmiesofArda I personally go Ebob miniatures Normans, their metal but using the green stuff to make wings and cloaks for them they look just like the art work for John Howe from the fellowship of the rings cover art. I'm think of using victrix miniatures to make some more of the fiefdoms of Gondor because they're plastic so easier to convert. I also use Ebob miniatures Scottish rebellion to make Wild-Men of Dunland And their "Wallace the Brigand" on horse for Thrydan wolfsbane, should check them out. I'm also trying to write up my own middle earth table top game, trying to make it more lore accurate but fun as well. And I personally love the crap memes 🤣.
@@taliesinmcgregor-sims1879 Ohh great Idea I do love ebob stuff. Yeh metal can be quite hard to convert I much prefer the plastic. I was actually going to use the ebob highlanders in my full Lamadon army when I get round to it. I will need to check ebobs normans too!

You’ve got some skills there man! Absolutely love these conversions. Converting men and elves is a lot more scary than orcs imh because they’re less forgiving. Inspirational though mate!

Now that is an excuse to do a Lebennin force if I've ever heard one. Wonder how I missed that, I think I must have just looked at ones that initially sent reinforcements. Thanks for the info 😀
