Jon, you are one of the best, to the point no bs guitar instructors on YT. You are definitely my go to because you take time to explain things without overdoing where every finger on every string goes. Plus your sound is very true to the song and maybe you could take a minute at the end of the video to go over your tone settings.Keep on rocking man , you deserve 100x more subs and likes than most of the other YT d..bags that waste eveyones time trying to be cool. Cheers SK.
Your channel is awesome man. Andy Summers prefers to play main riff 4th fret A string, open A string, 2nd fret A string, 2nd fret E string, just for the record. I think it’s a little easier. Thx for the lesson. Your everything she does is magic lesson is top shelf.
Excellent video Jon. The bar chords and strumming are a work out too! I would like to see Beginnings by Chicago if you get a chance to do it. I think you would nail it the way you count out the rhythm parts on the song. A lot of folks would benefit!
Great stof on message in a bottle he plays some very exotic voicings in the chorus wich make it so great in the chorus. You do a great job. Talk about the Sound .❤️👍
Hey Jon great lesson as always! I think another key aspect of this tune is the effects that are used to get "that sound". Are you using a flanger and chorus?
I never ever comment....but :) one of the chords on the end of each chorus might be slightly off imho :) It is C#m to a chord I dont even know the name of. The notes are A(Open String) G# C# E A. PS I use your channel a lot and I suck in general....
