I love you Lily! Every time I hear you speak I feel excited and calm. I am trying to do these things.. Clearings, meditation etc... Last night something cool happened. I do live in Seattle and I get worried no ships will show themselves to me here... nevertheless last night it was clear, and though the stars were faint, I tried to say hello and to ask for contact with positive beings which I never have had. Anyway, as my dog and I were about to go back inside from the roof, my eyes fixed on the stars not the ground, right where my eyes were looking, near the Orion constellation, I saw a gorgeous shooting star. So although it wasn't a ship, it made me feel lucky 🍀 and so I am ready to keep asking:-)

It would be nice to learn how to meditate, but I just can´t. I have too much mind clutter with all the negativity going on around us. Maybe post some video´s on how to achieve this. I have watched several videos on how to meditate but it just doesn´t work for me. Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

Assuming this is the concept you are trying to SHINE A LIGHT on ***all puns intended*** then, do you think it would be wise of us to also end any feuds or wars we have waging in ourself or amongst our tribe - family, friends & soul group? Do you think bringing peace in our individual communities on a micro-scale could help to end hostility on the worldwide macro-scale? To bring order where there is chaos! To bring unity where there is seperation! To bring peace where there is destruction! To bring light to the darkness! To forgive where there is resentment! To form connection where there has been disconnection! And to bring love back into our hearts after the long period of fear of one another that was brought on by the pandemic? Do you think it would help to work on an individual level with a mantra for eliminating fear of the other? I'm very curious what you think. I do your Mantra and meditation everyday. Since I've started my awareness, my ability to stay present, and my ability to focus my mind during meditation has significantly increased. Right after the mantra activation I even started having visions of major worldwide events days before they happen. Like that volcano coming out of the pacific ocean that sent title waves all over - seen it 2 days prior!! Still haven't seen any ETs yet though. Sometimes I think I hear them outside at night.... but I'm still too nervous to check LMAO I've only mentioned this because for some, myself included, this is an extremely grounded and tangible offering of the healing energy we are looking to seed into the collective. Potentially this could help people who have a hard time meditating and/or still operate heavily in the 3D reality. For some it might be a realistic stepping stone that can aid in visualizing the kind of 5D world you've been mentioning on your channel.... I'm fed up of hearing that we are like kids. We do not have the same advanced tech as them and spiritual awareness Like them! There's nothing wrong with helping a more unevolved race . You said that war is a low vibration and cannot come with us all but the higher beings from the GF are at war.? They've Always had wars because of the Orion groups etc . There is non military beings that are on a higher vibration on other planets just like is. We are working with the GF . .. that all sounds very nice - and the "hand holding" part makes sense as well. However, I still wonder why they can't at least show themselves? No one is asking from them to appear and immediately make contact. But at least world-wide visibility, to make themselves known. To let people know they are here, if needed.. and then, vanish again and remain invisible as always (to avoid eventual attacks from those not open minded for it). But at least make it undeniable that they're here. .. and visible for EVERYONE at least once. That's something not too much to ask. A child (in your example) has to learn to walk themselves as well, yes- but at least it sees their parents and knows they're there. It doesn't just have to "hope they are around even if it doesn't see them.". Why is that not possible?
