I resonate with this as a Blue Ray that has experienced trauma yet I always strive to help others feel better, to my own detriment. Massive learning curve for me at the moment to break free of this pattern. It brings up a lot of anxiety also as I'm uprooting from my home town to a totally new location and it ties in with leaving behind family patterns and trauma. Thank you for the reminder the Masters and Angels are here for us. I would like to feel more secure in this knowing. Thank you Roos

Hi Roos^^ I'm not sure if I am a blue ray but I've been said to have a predominantrley blue aura and I resonate with the themes of the blue rays a lot having been born into a highly abusive family with a lot of darkness and having experienced a lifetime of abuse. I do feel the obligation to help those who are suffering but I myself am deeply traumatized and in need of healing so I feel like it hinders my healing capacity for others. though people open up to me as I listen to them and don't judge so it seems to be healing for them. But I do it out of compulsion as I said which feels impure to me. I am identified with suffering I notice but then again I want to be free and find peace. I do feel like my soul has an intention and there is a divine plan yet I want to break free from that intention and find peace, but then there is nothing left for me to do right it's boring without challenges? Trying to figure out a way how to balance that going along with my souls intention without feeling like it has been superimposed onto me and feeling powerless to life. Throat chakra is also highly relevant I feel as I never was able to express my feelings due to being in a state of freeze and overwhelm and feeling like my feelings don't matter as suffering is just what life is and it's my purpose to suffer. Sorry for rambling. One question: Do you happen to be an infj?

How do I know if there are demons attached to me?

First video from you. Did you ever check on the truth of such facts like ‚El Morya was Abraham, he was King Arthur‘ etc. etc.? This is part curiosity, part anger I admit. The parts about deepest desire = devine will really moved me; but when I read about El Morya‘s incarnations I was wondering whether human ego played a bigger role than truth (not that I‘m sure of any truth in this field myself). Would be really interested in your opinion in order to gain some clarity. Thanks already.
