As a young guy who rejected Christianity long ago, I have to say that I appreciate Weiss' lyrics in a very non-secular way if that makes sense. Similar to how any person nowadays can take lessons from Greek Mythology. I don't think that Mewithoutyou is a christian band, but similar to bands like Underoath and August Burns Red they consist of band members who do have strong faith in religion. Religious themes aside, the songs that this band writes are beautiful, epic, and insightful.

Me too (about the quote)! I brought the album Brother Sister because I think the music is awesome. Was really happy when I found out they are christians. So it was a win win situation. :D

im confused. they sing songs about God, but mention Allah in others and say they believe in God, but they say "their hearts are very far from Jesus". so, i dont know what they are. but their music is excelent.
