PETER CROUCH WOULD STILL BE CONSIDERED BELOW AVERAGE IN HEIGHT IF HE JOINED THE NBA. Out of all college NCAA basketball players, only 1.2% would actually make it to the NBA. If you go even further down to high school basketball, only 0.3% of people make it to the top level. There are levels to this.
