i just can't fathom spending thousands of dollars on a surgery created to make me feel better about myself and to help motivate me to be healthier only to shit it all away by binging on TONS of calories a couple times a week... this isn't to bash you, but why lol. you should have taken care of your eating habits BEFORE surgery, because a bad relationship with food is fuckin sabotaging (but let me also add that you have a really nice curvy body even so but someday this might all backfire and your body may not distribute weight as evenly).

I'm shocked by the size of American servings. The box of nachos and onion rings can be divided by at least 5 people and I could split the mac and cheese with at least 4! Are there different size options or is this the standard size for most American foods?

I hate the portion sizing here. Going out to eat is impossible because the portions are so huge, unless I attend a more upscale restaurant which has smaller portion sizes (thankfully). It grosses me out that people in America eat like this and it contributes to the soaring problem with obesity in this country. It sucks. I feel bad for everyone, but I also don't. I honestly really thought her getting lipo was gonna help her change. And for people to say well she dances and thats a great work out so what it doesn't work that way. Best advice i ever got at the gym "i never seen a work out that beats a bad diet" most true thing when it comes to weight loss the only thing i think about every time i wanna cheat. I eat terribly, and have no right to criticize, but I didn't run out and get lipo or plastic surgery to just undo it all either! This is so disappointing. Her 6 month results should be around the corner if I am not mistaken. I do not see any improvements or swelling that has subsided. Anyone else notice a change? (Not weight loss, I mean sculpting changes and distribution of fat?)
I remember her mini updates a while back, but the one I was really looking forward to was the six-month update because that's where she was reassuring everybody that this was all swelling and bruising, and that she would look dramatically different by giving it some time and working out. I haven't really noticed a change at all with her arms, her waist is a little sculpted, the butt lift appears like it took well? maybe with her it's gonna take more than six months to see a noticeable difference even if she does eat these kinds of foods a few times a month she would've probably had to of started out as a healthier, toned person to begin with. :)

Real talk girl. When you get liposuction the surgeon breaks up all of the fat with a cannula and then sucks it out of your abdomen, but doing this creates a ton of scar tissue. If you've ever watched a revision liposuction procedure done, you'll see that it is impossible to move the cannula through the scar tissue because it is so tough and hard. So please don't go eating like poop and thinking you can get lipo every couple years... your belly is gonna end up looking lumpy with chunks of scar tissue everywhere!
