well the outfit and design absolutely did, Nicki unfortunately is just not the greatest at becoming one with the outfit and not just wearing it. Good examples would be zendaya and Doja cat. She looked absolutely stunning tho

I love looking at the art fashion of The Met Gala. People don’t seem to understand the over the top look is the point. I believe it raised 22 million for the museum. I guess Anna Wintour is the host and has guidelines for the event. I wish she’d put a stop to people being carried in to the event. At that point, it starts looking less about fashion and more about ego. I also think they should have a second night that showcases self designed and worn garments. Let’s see what museum goers and young artist can do!

I find it hard to celebrate this event given the current economic situation... I have nothing against celebrities or anything. But think about it...$75,000 per ticket plus thousand dollar dresses while people have trouble buying food. I am a high income earner and have not suffered myself but I give what I can and just think these events are like hunger games..the elite splurge while to poor starve
