nah, weight is the first thing you should worry about in a beyblade, THEN the weight distribution. Light beys like BS and LCl have okay weight distribution but their weight is terrible. They're both important and need each other equally.

@@junkyyard2273 there is an "optimal range" of weight that a bey need to have and it's between 45/48 (we can argue about that) to mix stamina and sturdiness. Anything out of that range is too low or got very low stamina. So AFTER that (and ur totally right) there is weight distribution. Thats what the perfect blade is. (and no, everything over 50 grams if launched with normal launcher sucks)

@@chimeraindustry true. Weight is still a much sought after factor in Beyblade tournaments,. It's as *significant* as people think it is. I don't want a defense type the weight of RhinoHorn. My dream is TT to at least create a standard minimum-maximum bey weight rule and *stop forgetting about it* .

I tested 10 battles, 3 against each of the drans, and one against cobalt dragoon. Out of those, it won 8/10. Definitely my favorite bey besides wing now

In my experience as well Phoenixes have a tendency to go for the "bits" lmao. I got hit with my metal fight combo in one of our previous vids "Duo Phoenix S130MS" (My Metal Sharp is so worn down that it's basically a Metal Semi Flat so no stadium damage guys don't worry!)

My personal theory to the type change is that it's just part of the themeing. Reading the manga multi explained to bird after he got his hells hammer, it's about choosing the right bey for the battle. Which lines up with the new deck system, if you want to be the phoenix blader you can now. You got feather, wing, and rudder. That's why they did L drago the way they did, too I believe. This new deck system is gonna be a trip.

Really curious to see if Glide will make Wizard Rod combos even more busted, or maybe even nerf them a bit with them being way easier to knock around... Either way I'll definitely be looking into this set! I wasn't too crazy about Rudder at first but now after seeing a more in depth look at it, I'm a lot more interested than before. Great video as always, Nuc!

@@nuc I'm sure with something weighted decent enough you could possibly strike a balance between defense and stamina? keeping the mobility and stamina while at the same time providing a bit of counter attack as well? That's gonna be my first experiment lol! As for Ball and Hexa, I've been finding a lot of good results with SharkEdge, and just outright cursed combos in general when practicing on WR.

I think making Phoenix rudder a stamina type makes a lot of sense. We had feather which focused on speed, wing which was op with speed and attack, but if they kept going with more attack it would have been meta destroying. So making it stamina balences it more

I don't understand one thing... Why do people say that defense bits like spike or needle are bad ... Just because they don't know how to use them .... I try out some of that with chain incendio and I beat Sor Phoenix in the meta build easily.... Just saying ..... It's good to use something out of the meta I could surprise....

I will say that Phoenix Wing also had color combo problems, there is no black purple on the blade. I have also seen it with the Dran line also using a color that can't be found on the blade (the blade is going to have the most color)

I have a question. What is a good place to buy the TT burst beys? My whole collection is Hasbro (80+ from multiple gens, mainly 2nd and god) and i want to sell them and get the full Longinus, Fafnir and Spriggan lines of the TT versions and want to be sure theyre in alright condition. Just to collect and have in a display

@@nuc the only one of those dual layers i never got was Luinor. I only ever saw it once but passed it up regretably. I can settle for having the hasbro single and dual layers for spriggan since i already have them. Its mainly the later ones where hasbro gutted them. Thanks for the input though. Round beys are able to do crazy attack. i use my Longinus chip with achilles ring with the 2 armor.. It is round and it broke my good fake 00. Im sad. It just breaks today

Depends on what your looking for, a good stamina type? Wizard rod, Phoenix wing and Dran buster are the best attacks beys and there aren’t many good defence beys, maybe a good combo could be made for Leon crest, and a good balance type would be unicorn sting Hope this helps!

Deck sets are more for extra parts anyway. If they included two higher tier beys with it the set would be way more expensive, so it's better this way.
