Kiran, the studies done on Postprandial Endotoxiema were performed on males. Can you so comparable studies with women included in the study populations? This may show a slightly different outcome, yet for that reason, should be performed. Women who are still menstruating are generating new blood cells monthly, changing markers on the cells, and the reactions those cells are creating within the whole body dynamics. Thank you for your valuable research and innovation. #WomenInMedicine #WomenForYang #AndrewYang2020 #YangGang

So a "high fat" diet causes LPA to increase, but... He clearly states that hydrogenated vegetable oils are most likely what their diet consisted of... OK, then let's hear about a healthy, high fat diet instead... This is as misleading as any politician wanting to sell a product...

@@Jojoma449 I'm dealing with a bunch of symptoms right now. Been doing alot of research. Fibromyalgia is not an accurate diagnosis. It's a blanket term for doctors to patients when they don't know what the problem is. That's why everyone with fibromyalgia has every symptom under the sun and one patient is different from the next. Fibromyalgia isn't an actual disease. That's why you see hundreds of symptoms with everyone varying when compared. There's an underlying condition. I believe a lot of these people are dealing with CIRS. Their microbiome (gut health) is shot. Look into it.

Fasting and Ketogenic diet and exercise will feed the good bacteria and diminish the bad bacteria... No need for probiotics, just eat high fat, moderate protein and very low carbs... And go long periods of time without eating!

What you´re saying is right but, since the complexity of human biology overcomes any genuine desire to fix things with lifestyle changes, a little help wouldn't hurt. I kindly suggest you incorporate the aforementioned probiotics, your humanity will thank you.

@@ketonesnotglucose4978 Pickles and olives are not fermented, just preserved. Also, there's people like me where even though I follow a keto diet, I have pretty bad dysbiosis (Sibo and fungus) and fermented foods only make my situation worse. Probiotics are a big help to restore the gut, so don't trash them unless you suffer like some others. The keto diet itself may help but definitely will not allow the bad bacteria to completely die off on their own.

you have no clue what you are talking about dude. if your useless keto diet and fasting was so effective we wouldn't have so many people with gut problems that do not respond to treatment. just because you were too lucky for your own good don't just assume everyone else is too. i fasted for 2 weeks on water several times, did intermittend fasting 18:4 for 2 years and tried every diet under the sun.
