El Hefe (lead guitarist) is such a bad ass guitar AND trumpet playe… you should do “stickin in my eye” or “American errorist”…. This album came out in 2003, NOFX have been around since like the 80s
Oh yes, now we are talking! NOFX has been a big part of my life for the past 30 years, I logged in youtube just to subscribe! Keep exploring brother, try Pennywise and more NOFX (try She's gone) and Lagwagon.
I just saw nofx in Ohio. They were performing their final tour. Anyway nofx have an album titled I heard they suck live. Which they followed up with they have actually gotten worse.
Always nice to see a new baffled NOFX listener. You can actually hear them getting better over their many years active. Subscribed. There is an official video for their song "Cokie the Clown", which encapsulates their chaotic nature. I think it would make for a hilarious review!
First time hearing this band, the tempo is indeed very Mötörhead. Bit weird to hear a punk band having less distortion than The Ace Of Spades, for example. :)
I cant imagine it will be read, and sorry if it was already suggested - but in a slim chance - how about reacting to bruce eddie and paul? cheers mate!
As a Punk Rock 🎧 musician with this big Punk channel Of reaction and introduction videos congrats men to discover them and react to them!.. this song is 2003 year. The War on Errorism record. Not the best record But pretty good. I suggest you to React 180 degrees NOFX to feel melodic hardcore rythm , one feet on the low drum with the typical big speed
You are totally right even if you're not the biggest fan of the genre this is how it's meant to be and NoFx has that touch for their own sound within the genre with all of the great the punk bands. To add on to that I will say this...Reggae, Punk, Metal, Hip-Hop are all raw music in their essence with the same kind of message. We all have the same problems with the life imposed to us doesn't matter the differences. We are all rebels because we have to. We are all one and should not let ourselves be divided. Yes I!
Loved it mate! Metal head here and a punk rocker - NOFX is awesome, they have there own flavour ... If a band has lasted almost 40 years - usually there is something distinct about them. Attitude, lyrical content, short solo's (or else you are playing metal), fast/almost chaotic (maybe not the right word). Your review, way on point for the outro - one of there better ones, motorhead was kind of punky - (know allot of people hate that being said - the punk think -oh and sad to say was!) brilliant band, brilliant track and brilliant review!
If you want an even more metal version of punk, check out "a wilhelm scream", prlly the best song for you to check would be "the king is dead", but they have more songs with insane guitar work.
@YMDBass or Propaghandi. Starting with the album "supporting caste" this band bridged the gap between prog metal and punk. Sounds weird but just listen...
You're right about the guitar part, it's pretty difficult to play, at least as far as punk songs go. This is one of their most technically impressive songs for sure
It makes me think of the difference between seeing Blink and then when I went out to Riverside to see Leftover Crack because they were banned from all the venues in LA and I actually experienced moments of real fear. It was so crazy!
Great reaction. Anyway, can i request your reaction to superb band from japan? The band is call "Lovebites" They all The Beautiful Queens metal band right now in the earth. They are really really World class musicians. Phenomenal. And they have a lot diehard fans called Wolfpack. The song is "Winds of Transylvania" Hope you check out, and can enjoy it too. Big thanks🙏
Nice! Great reaction and break down. NOFX is one of those bands where everyone in the band is amazing. They are like the five best musicians you’ve heard started a punk band. Also, lyrics are on point. Back in the day when you went to a punk or metal show, you might get hurt, you might get high, who the fuck knows, but it was fun. Please more NOFX. I would recommend “We march to the beat of indifferent drum.”
I'm more into punk than metal, and seeing these make me want to start a channel where I'm reacting more to metal. Like actually give itva chance because I always write it off... well, with exceptions like Mortorhead and some crossover shit.
hey man. hello from Portugal. punk rock fans don´t like green day eather... maybe one or two songs from the past. we agree on that. we like nofx, pennywise, bad religion, good riddance. keep good listenigs ps: some sugestions pennywis - get a life good riddanc - shadow of defeat bad religion - supersonic very short songs, very quick to review. ps2: a punk band from portugal : TARA PERDIDA. check on thet
Yes. You liked it a lot. Nofx. Is simply the greatest band that had ever existed. They are the fucking sickest. I've found everything in one band. Listen to the entire collection and it will all make sense.
Named "Metal Biker Dude Reacts", & never heard of NOFX, Hhhmmm,........Did you say "This is pretty much punk-rock''? Not Motorhead-esk at all (Lemy just stewed in his pot) It's called So-Cal Gutter. Early GreenDay is good. PS I'm the the dislike.
