Many of ours hunt as well. We just work around that. Many have fields close to a road or their house and we stick to those if hunters are there.

I have seen those episodes but this isn't the same Tavern site.

@@digginghistory76 I no that the point was someone already hit that spot had are you guys would have so many old coins me and my boy also have some old field s but majority of them been hit to death except for one that has a church beside s it from the civil war period but I believe it was older then that we have found some great relic s and old coins from seated to rossys on one hole 2 years ago I found a rare 2 cent coin sm motto in great shape any time the word we is readable it’s considered to be in fine condition for a example I recently found another 2 cent coin last week not rare at all but in excellent shape coming from a Brown sandy soil it leaves coins looking like new I believe it’s because the sand doesn’t hold moisture like clay does any way it was a 1865 and the word we was completely gone in god we trust the 2 cent coin was the very first to have it on us coin s very cool and in 2023 it still is on it all bills and coins also in the same hole was a 3 inch artillery bullet with 80 percent of it lead left incredible and to finish it off a beautiful Union US. Belt Buckle was also in this 12 inch hole but it was extremely muddy that day so the hole was pretty wide the buckle still had 75 percent of its lead on the back plus both paw paws left in case your not familiar with that word it’s hooks and it wasn’t ten minutes later my son finds a beautiful condition Union. US Box plate we have found tokens from the free Masson s here 4 union Eagle buttons a few 1812 British buttons and buckles for some odd reason no one MD this field was it because of a blanket of aluminum and iron nails to actual weight lifting dumbbells it’s very difficult to work but how many people find civl war belt buckles in 2023 lol and we got one confederate field that we are the only ones allowed on it because we gave to the church and I donated some very old blown glass bottles to the church this site also has a church and a very old cemetery I also find a ton of flint and arrow head s lie in on the surface some of the confederate stuff I found there are very rare items including a single shot pistol the wood handle had long be gone a century ago. So if you can find a church next to a old field you are in business both civil war camp site s were found by accident good luck in the future think wisely before taking other people I no it sounds shity but remember once the coins and other relics are gone they are gone for good not like a big lake are oceans
