Metal detecting a field with TX850 

I love this detector. It's my everyday go-to machine. I'm gonna try to make some more videos just haven't had the time to get out much.

one more thing don’t mind me asking. do we have to remove coil cover when start searching

@@kashifmscs do not remove coil cover when detecting. It protects the coil from damage. You can take it off and clean both the coil and it every few months.... But be careful because the cover is thin.

I have found it to be very reliable. I would say pretty much your best bang for the buck in the chinese detector range

@@miltfuoss5173 yes I bought one in the end. Took it to Detectival, it did pretty well, it's good at spotting tiny stuff. Haven't really worked out how to tell the wheat from the chaff yet. I do notice when there is big iron in the ground it rings with high numbers even with the descr. up around 40+. The sun was too hot to stay out of the shade long enough to learn the beast properly. Just that it detects as deep as my old Mirage is a good start for me though.

@@neillroy Yes big iron will give high numbers but if you swing back and forth while pulling away it will give an iron grunt just as you come off of it in any direction.

I mean i get confused when you start from second button and then your turn it off

Turn left knob clockwise a little to power on and wait a few seconds until power up sequence is done. Then turn left knob clockwise some more until bottom right number on screen reads 70. Make sure right knob is turned all the way counter clockwise. Swing detector until you find an area that makes no noise. While over that area turn right knob clockwise until you hear it humming a little. Hold center ground balance button and pump coil up and down to ground balance. Then turn right knob all the way counter clockwise again to go back to discrimination mode. Then use arrow buttons to set discrimination(I usually set at 50). Then finally turn left knob all the way clockwise to turn sensitivity to max. Thats how I always hunt.

It can only do manual ground balance in all metal mode, thats why I turn the right knob clockwise to perform manual ground balance, then click back counter clockwise so I can hunt in discrimination mode with the current ground balance setting.

I have had alot of luck with it. It's very stable and gives good tones. I've never been anywhere that I couldn't run full sensitivity. For the price ya cant beat it!
