So I was able to identify your half of a coin. It's a Susan B. Anthony dollar. You can make out the liberty at the top and also her nose and face a little. 👍 Nice job! unfortunately there's no way to tell the year.....it's on the other half. Great vid.
When I'm detecting in the water I like to wiggle the coil over the target and move my coil forward until the signal stops. Then I will place my sand scoop centered 1 to 2 inches behind my coil. Than scoop away, 70% of the time depending on how deep it is I get my target on the first try. Also the deeper the target the further it is down in the blacksand will report back more ferrous signals scewing the numbers and making the target sound more like iron until you get it out of the blacksand. The equinox will do the same thing. My motto in the water is, it is easy digging, dig everything! Good Luck and Happy Hunting.
I find your live digs very entertaining! Doesn't matter how many pieces of aluminum foil or pull tabs you find, you truly believe that the next signal is going to be a ring lol. I bought my first detector 2 weeks ago, a Legend, still looking for my first piece of jewelry but having a blast learning how to operate it and picking up some change in the meantime.
That was a good hunt bro, im ready for some smaller holes in my scoop too. Ive been finding earrings so much lately, but they take a while to find sometimes 😂
What I do when water hunting is pinpoint item, then put scoop behind coil then scoop it up. Test your half coin for silver it could be a cut coin(maybe a pistareen) they did that in older times.

Hey man I got a sincere question for ya... Love your channel awesome video 👍 Mỹ question is I am getting ready to buy a machine for detecting in the saltwater here in 🇻🇳 Vietnam. I'm seriously considering the Legend but it's over a thousand bucks with taxes and import fees to buy it here. Would you say the Legend is the best choice for salt water hunting only (that's all I will use it for)? Is it the best Salt underwater machine for the price or would you reccomend something else (besides deus 2 because it's too expensive). I have also heard the equinox leaks in the water. Any info or reccomendation you could provide would be greatly appreciated! Keep up the water videos they are awesome. Thanks brother ⛱️

There's a setting for the salt water called stability do a quick google search on it you should be able to find it, I usually have mine set to 5 and it helps a lot to keep it quiet!
