This metal-detecting adventure is a good one. I explored a creek searching for Civil War relics and found a nice handful of bullets and a few other things. But my favorite find was a solid silver Star Of David artifact with a green Eilat stone in the center.

It kinda looked like the star shaped item was ALSO stained on that other flat metal item. The one that you did not show us cuz it was silty. In the video it looked to have that star shape on it.

I’m just a little old flatlander with no hobbies except working on the farm. It always amazes me when you find civil war relics that have been lost in the river for 160 years. That ringed bullet looking thing I’m guessing is an early suppository! 🤣Shalom you all.

The double bullet was most likely created when two bullets collided in midair and passed through each other almost completely before momentum was lost. If you look closely you can see that they are both inside out.

I couldn't help but chuckle when you said your wife wants to make pawpaw bread "sounds delicious but she has never done it before though" sounds like something I'd say regarding my wife trying to make something she ain't never made before, but sometimes you get lucky 😂. At 24:37-24:42 you can just make out the 925 marking. You can see the 925 at the 'bottom' of the top triangle. I can't say how old it is, whether it was lost last week or fifty years ago, but a silver find is always a welcome find.

7:35 If you ever welded on galvanized steel you'd know about metal fume fever caused by the zinc. It makes you feel like schitt but it usually clears up in a day or two. A chunk of zinc stuck in you wouldn't exactly clear up until it's removed.

I thought it looked like 2 cleaners together too. But how and why would someone do that? Wouldn't they have to be molded together? Say you poured 2 molds then before they set you placed the molds with the bullets' butt ends together. You could always cut the excess off and make it look like a single clean piece. For shits and giggles or a doodle? Did the soldiers have molds for the cleaners? So many questions.

Several years ago I found a small star of David in the play ground of a park here in Portland in the Raleigh Hills area. It was silver with 6 tiny chip diamonds in it. I use a Tesoro UMax detector.
