3:40, you mention it was your 3rd silver this year, 6 weeks in and i find it hard not to compare my finds per month to the year before but it becomes obsessive and demoralising 😩. Anyway cant beat a full silver sixpence with a bitta toning to it. Nice on Gareth DUKE.

Exquisite video, GREAT CHANNEL! This aerial drone shot (3:37 - 3:40) shows interesting markings, looking like a large road...! I noticed that at the end of the video (10:29 - 10:35) you went up towards the gate, right on that possible ancient road. Maybe you should come back another time and detect that spot again... GOOD LUCK!

Shipping abroad would have cost an awful LOT of money. It was expensive enough to ship those prizes within the UK. The display board was never claimed, so I may re-draw that and do it worldwide. Good luck with your new metal detector

DUKE Another fine addition Gareth. Those bag seals are awesome and can't go wrong with a bit of Silver. I have a small field which is too long in the summer so going up there this Saturday which I think will be my last visit now. Had to join a club in the end but getting on some good land at least. 1st come, 1st serve on the finds but a nice bunch of people. Its pretty much all tenant farms here so permissions are pretty much off the menu. I had a good 2 years on my own pasture farm permission which had been detected to death but still did OK. Hey DUKE The writing on your bag seal is cyrillc. Looks like КД Я ГРУ ИНИ НIII but I have no idea what it means. Probably some abbreviations because it literatley translates to "kd ja gru ini niii". Taht does not sound like any language I know (German, English, Dutch, a little Russian and Italian)
