Metal Gear - NES - Speed Run - NO CHEATS - NO DEATHS 

This is one of the first games I received for the Nintendo when I was a child. I had no idea what Metal Gear was or what the series would become. I just knew I had a new game and I wanted to play it. This was my first introduction to the character Solid Snake and his world of infiltration and tactical espionage.

You'd think that when they have the finances to run a terrorist operation that big that they could afford to buy some eyeglasses for the Shotgunner and the Machinegun Kid. Those poor guys couldn't see a damn thing they were trying to shoot.

HOLY CRAP!!! That was amazing! I can speed run this game in about 42 mins. You showed me things I did not even know about!

@eoof If it's not played on an actual Nintendo Entertainment System using a standard Nintendo controller then the only controller I would even concider using with emulation is a Retrolink Classic NES USB Controller

when he got in the truck at around 15 minutes, why did he pull up the radio 4 times, and how did he run right past the tank?

Awesome speed run,and this game is a bit different from what it is on MGS3.

with one health at the end, hah, amaizing ! my favorite game, after battletoads ;D, what input (joystick, keyboard, smth...) do you use for battletoads speedrun ?
