the problem is that Monsoon would not appreciate that relationship that much. In contrast to others Desperados, Monsoon has very little emotions, he is not particularly sadistic either. Thats because in contrast to others he completely rejects concepts as "good" and "evil" as according to him there is no such a thing. As in the end humans are simply animals influenced by genes and hormones there is no free will either. War, peace, love, hate are simply products of hormones. That is why he never cared about turning himself into cybernetic freak, that can reshape his body like a puzzle. He felt zero attachment to anything. Only his prideful apathy was his extremelly slim, but existing emotion. Sundowner instead enjoys concepts "good" and "evil". In order to truly feels his own savagery he needs to embrace himself as "evil" to enjoy crashing and slaughtering all that fight for "good". He needs to believe in good to enjoy evil. Otherwise he would become emotionless, apathetic shell like Monsoon.
