Metal Gear Solid - Stealth Camo OWNS 1 (Twin Snakes) 

Lol on every metal gear solid game I get the stealh camo then get my revenge on every guard for the trouble they caused during the game

4:33 - Nice shot at the groin. Truly, this is what the stealth camo is all about.

You can get it on the first time if you like. All you have to do is submitting in the torture part. After you finish the game and start a new one via the completed save file (you should load that file and it will start a new game since it's completed) you'll see the stealh camo as an equipment among your items. Same goes for the bandana as well if you resist. So you don't go get it, you just make a decision which leads one of the ends of the game so the next game has the related reward unlocked.

I am absolutely in love with the Stealth Camo. I wish they had something like that in real life.....

That file only. Also you can finish the game over that file again with the alternate ending to get the bandana too and have the file containing both items after you finish it for the second time. But that makes Snake wear a tuxedo in the third time and you can't get rid of it. If you finish the game for a third time (the same file) with the tux, on the fourth load of the file the tux goes away and you have both bandana and the stealth. Frankly I wish the tux was a selectable item too...

Submit during the torture session, that changes the end of the game (Meryl dies, Otacon joins you in the escape route instead of her). You get stealh camo from him in the last cutscene instead of getting bandana from Meryl.

@wwemitch It depend's on what you do when Ocelot is torturing you. If you tough through it without submitting you'll get the Bandana, if you submit, then you get Stealth. And the only way to get the items is to complete the game once, then start a new game on the same file. And by that i mean just load up the file after you beat the game, not erase the file and just start a new game in it's place.

Oh ok I see, because I already completed the game twice and started a new one but the camo did not appear and was wondering what was up with that. But can you still use the camo in other new file that you star ? or is it just for that file only ?
