Technically, the opening is not theirs. It was sang by their vocalist and they released a cover later, but the song was written by another composer and not for them
One little fun fact; the leader of the band is actually Syu, the guitarrist, who was probably a member of Animetal, he found the band alongside Yama-B who was originally the Vocalist (the one seen here, Sho, joined almost 10 years later, but has been with the band for more than 10 years already too). Most songs have a very strong emphasis on guitar because of Syu, he's also always been the only guitar player in the band, there is no second guitar.
``Fuki'', the vocalist of ``Unlucky Morpheus'' that you responded to earlier, used to be the vocalist of a band called ``Light Bringer''. The person who played the keyboard in Light Bringer is "Mao" who is a shadow member of Love Bites and is often credited for writing and composing songs. Galneryus has done heaps of amazing songs also for the first half of the band they had a different vocalist YAMA-B and there style evolves and changes throughout the years. So some good songs I would recommend are the force of courage, raise my sword, angel of salvation, whatever it takes (raise our hands), T.F.F.B, destiny, hunting for your dream, ultimate sacrifice, everlasting, whisper in the red sky, struggle for the freedom flag, united flag, and chasing the wind.
Very few reaction videos appreciate the level of virtuosity and skill of this band. Top notch musicians. Amazing vocals! While I appreciate you featuring them and your reaction, do try focusing on the music or song, instead of the glittery guitar or the video... Galneryus are world-class!

If you want something a little less power metal out of Japan you should check out the song monolith from crossfaith, they're metalcore. Always live with crossfaith tho. Otherwise dimlim vanitas is a different vibe too. Japan has a very diverse metal scene.

They sounded BETTER Live ... man ... especially Angel of Salvation and Brutal Spiral of Emotions .. uuufff.. Syu is a monster.. Sho is a great vocalist aswell .. heck..they're all great
