Love how easily he's able to make someone feel so relaxed and excited about learning. Screaming without music can make you feel super goofy if you're not used to it. This is a great way to almost lean into the goofiness of it!

i get the dude’s feeling. i had to sing a few “gravel” notes (for character purposes) in a musical once and i always felt so goofy in rehearsal. essentially screaming in a band room feels odd when you’re the only one doing it. it all came together on the stage and my costars understood it then.

Man, I wish I could do that. I've tried tutorials everywhere but I just can't get it, and with my permanently low range due to damage, I'm just never going to be able to sing what I love.
