Metal Slug 2 (メタルスラッグ 2) is a run and gun video game for the Neo-Geo console/arcade platform created by SNK. It was released in 1998 for the MVS arcade platform and is the sequel to the popular Metal Slug: Super Vehicle-001. It is the second title in the Metal Slug series.

The psp version of metal slug 2 plays well without any noticeable slowdowns , you can definitely tell by the boss fight on stage 1 as it moves a lot faster on the last phase of the fight

The PS2 collection on PS4 runs well enough (little bit of input lag tho). Same w the Steam version.

Metal Slug 2 on Wii is sick. There is not slow down. PSP has a little slow down, PS2... well, is good

I prefer it with slow down, original from the arcade, and these songs are horrible, they changed some sound effects too which were bad. the original version much better

You really thought this remaster is true, Banden edited it to make it look like it's a true remaster. And you know why I'm telling you... because I have a PS5 and when I played this Metal Slug there was no new soundtrack... so no, this remaster is not true. And I don't think SNK would have been able to put these soundtracks either

Así es, la misión final es la del gane, pues puedes hacer mínimo 4 millones solo ahí, solo que hay que hacer los requisitos bien. Lastima que ya me alejé de esta saga.

Are you sure you got all secrets and items in this playthrough? I feel like you missed a few. Also, this is unrelated, but I really hate what they did with the soundtrack for this release. Seeing all the old elements from the original in place (minus the lag lol) would really give it a nostalgic feel. The new ost kinda ruins that.

Literalmente anunciaron que estan trabajando en un nuevo metal slug que por cierto no es fácil de hacer y para colmo ellos no se encargan de ajustar sus juegos a la retrocompatibilidad sin mencionar que el Metal Slug anthology fue lanzado desde hace meses, como a pocas semanas de salir la PS5 deja de ser tan llorica
