Is the MOQ of 100 labels high? Our metal labels are plated with nickel as raw material, rather than cut or printed with foil. We need to make films, electroplating plates, etc. for each label, and the process is very complicated. If you know about metal labels, you will know that many factories have a minimum order quantity of more than 1,000 pieces.
@unikportrait You charge about $100 for one set of 100 labels. If you need several labels done, your forced to pay hundreds if not thousands depending on how many labels you need. So, yes. 100 MOQ is high, especially for the price. I looked and if I needed labels for all my boxes and products, Id have to order like 5,000 labels, which is about $5,000. You're shutting out smaller businesses. Even if I managed to get a sheet with more than one label somehow, I still would wind up spending 2 or 3 thousand. If I had 5 grand to shell out immediately, I'd buy a machine to make the labels myself.
@@wrayth3951 Thank you very much for your feedback. We also want to lower the minimum order quantity, because this will definitely bring us more customers like you.🥺 No company would want to turn away customers if they could, right? But as we explained in the previous message, our metal labels are not simply cut or printed from foil, but electroplated using nickel as the raw material. We need to set a MOQ to cover the cost of making the film and plating plates. But please believe that we are always working hard to find ways to serve more small business owners. The MOQ of most competitors' metal labels is 1000 pcs, while we have achieved 100 pcs. Of course, we will continue to work harder to get better solutions. At present, metal labels are more suitable for products with high unit price, such as electronic products, high-end gifts, mechanical equipment, automobiles, high-end perfumes, etc. In addition, product packaging is an investment, not just a cost. If our metal labels can make your products look more high-end, thereby earning higher profits; or they can make your products look more professional, thereby winning more customers, then this investment is worth it. On the contrary, if our metal metals cannot bring you these improvements, then even if they cost 0.1 US dollars each, it is not worth it. 😁
@@unikportrait I appreciate that, but I'd be willing to pay a slightly higher cost per label for a lower MOQ than spending 5 grand trying to get all my stuff labeled.
@@wrayth3951 Thank you so much for your understanding. We will always try to find ways to see if we can lower the MOQ or cost by optimizing the process and production process.
