Kanami is my favorite musician of all time. She's amazingly smart and creative. When you hear the tracks with no vocals, you'll gain even more appreciation for her.

You do a great job of highlighting all the things Kanami does. Most guitarists would be mirroring only Miku’s work. But while Miku holds down the rhythm, Kanami seems to just go nuts, all over the fretboard, with all manner of techniques, playing creative segments inside of every song she writes. I honestly can’t hear everything on many studio cuts. It wasn’t until I stood a couple yards from the front of her amp that I realized. Kanami works harder in one song than many guitarists work for an entire album. Think of all the guitar parts you would have to learn just to cover “Domination!?”

Kanami is a great guitarist. If you've ever seen them live you know her stage performance is even better. But her music composing skills are some of the best I've ever heard. A true rock star.

Good recording- not over produced so the drums have a real live acoustic sound. There was also a great fill by Kanami just before the main solo.

John I HATE YOU! You got me ADDICTED to Band-Maid. I have been a music lover for 40+ years and a band who performs this well live is something that should be promoted to the fricken stars. A band that sounds as good / better live is something to cherished and shared. Again I hate you because I had to buy all their albums. I'm trying to find a concert (would live World Domination) on DVD / Blu-Ray so if anybody has suggestions I would love it.

These shorter sets, 30 to 40 min, always seem to be fire. The band probably sees it as a sprint and goes 110%. No worries about lasting 2 hours! Their 2020 Summer Sonic set was also hot.

MISA MISA MISA!!!!! this was the first Japanese show they did after the European/US World Domination Gekidou (Upheaval) tour of which I was at 2 of the Okyu-ji's the last 2 in LA and sadly the ONLY ones I've been able to attend (I live in Australia).

Kanami and Miyako in Lovebite are the 2 best composers in threRock and metal scene , hands down. God help other bands if they ever teamed teamed up to write some songs together.. Would it work, the collision of 2 genius writers ? Lots of talent in j girl pool of players but not unique these gal , and when it come down to it, it's the songs , the songs, the songs !
