One of THE BEST things about Dan Vasc, is undoubtably his diction and annunciation, all singers should take note of how easy he is to listen to. With this song with Violet it's friggin awesome!!
When Dan Vasc was in his mid- twenties, he did a cover of this song solo, his vocals were very pretty, and showed the potential to become the powerhouse vocalist he is now❤ Even though I love all of Dans vocals, I also love those high notes he does.
I love this one so much. Violet Orlandi has such a beautiful alto that she starts this with but doesnr stay there. Victor the guitarist just crushes it as he always does and Dan gilds this song with the metal it cries for. Oerfection!
I'm an old woman (73) and, like most of us, found Dan through "Amazing Grace." I'm now working my way through his channel and have discovered that I like a lot of metal. My kids who tried to introduce me to metal are annoyed that I like - some - metal because of Dan. And my great-granddaughter (8) loves his Mulan and all his Disney songs. PS My kids hated when I tried to introduce them to the Beatles until there were some covers done 20 years later and they were shocked to hear me singing along with the cover that they thought was new. I love when generations can share with each other. My parents shared their love of 30s-40s dance bands. (My dad put himself through Berekley in the 30s playing base fiddle in bars. One of my best memories is listening to him pacing around the house playing classical music on his violin.) Let's keep sharing our love of "old" music through new musicians.

Dan slayed Nessum Dorma as he has been classically trained. Try and find a YT video of TOM BALL doing CREEP. The one he did on AGT was too short but he has a longer version too. Tom crushed LIVE AND LET DIE too but again it was too short. He did a crazy high note in it though.
I absolutely love Seal's version, but I think if this hit the radio waves, it would outsell the original version. They absolutely blew this apart. Love your enthusiasm in your reactions. I've watched your reaction of Dan's Bring Me To Life at least 20 times in the past week!

Dude!!!! I didn’t know this cover existed…THANK YOU! I was in my 30’s when this song originally came out - and it instantly became an all-time favorite. To this day it’s on my regular play list, and is one of the most beautiful ballads ever written. Hearing it like this though - holy shit the chills!!! They absolutely killed, crushed, slayed, etc. I won’t say it’s *better* than Seal’s original - but damn it’s every bit as good for sure!

A rock waltz (literally, 3/4 time). Vampires circling each other on a dance floor, rose petals on the floor. Done in grey tones, except the deep ruby neck jewelry she's wearing, the tie and cummerbund on him (both blood red). Their eyes in color, the roses in color, everything else gray. Their voices and looks both fit this head video so very well. Damn, I wish someone would do that one.

He does many different voice ranges in most if his cover songs. That highest pitch is his metal voice. This cover is Violet’s featuring Dan. She has a ciuple more that she features him with her.

For the last couple of weeks, he's only been catching about 500 new subs a day, but since April, it's mostly been 1000 a day, at least. He needs to get another new song out there soon. Even without something new, though, he's bound to hit his million by this coming March...probably no later than April.

Great reaction, Violet is an amazing vocalist in her own right, one of my current favorites in fact, not just YT vocalists-- all female vocalists. I'd highly recommend heading over to her channel and checking her music out, she has so many great covers and originals. Two suggestions I'd make to start you off on her covers would be her renditions of "Wicked Game" and "Like a Stone". Also she did this amazing metal cover of "Hotel California" with the Melodika Bros. that sadly gotten hit and taken down by the Eagles. This is coming from someone who doesn't even like anyone covering that song, but it was an amazing take that was so very different yet paid perfect homage to the original song. Anyway, I know you can find versions of the m/v for it if you google search and I know YT still allows the reactions to the song as all the original ones are still up if you wanted to react to it, but even if not it is 💯a must watch/listen to.

So why is the bassist incognito? Is it Bruce Wayne, or Michael Keaton? Only his hairdresser and the credits at the end might know for sure. But even if he is in the witness protection program, he is killing it.
