Zhalyn is such an interesting song. It grew in me gradually. Now I love that song. Such a cool sound, the rhythm, and I love that he sings in his own language, it sounds extra cool.
The line just before "don't ask of me, for it won't be" is referencing living by someoneelse's rules so I think it refers to being yourself in a rerlationship.

The Poet Nurzhan Askhatuly shared what he wanted to express in the lyrics: “To change for someone else is tantamount to losing yourself. If you have changed yourself, you are no longer you. You turn away from your nature and become a completely different person. That’s why I think we should try to understand and accept anyone, no matter how different they are from us. That’s the main point of the song.” The music video was filmed by Kazakh director Shyngyskhan Tazhikeev in the MOOD VIDEO genre. Awesome songs! Where Love Lives is my "get going in the morning" song that sets the tone of my day! It's so much about Dimash, people asking him how he learned to fly and he says I don't know I just looked up and found the answers in the sky! Thanks for this reaction! Where Love Lives may have been more about Krutoy featuring Dimash to open New Wave that year. You don't really want to take a deep dive into Russian "show business" and Dimash as the golden boy back then, trust me! Thanks for diving into the lyrics of Flame...few have! I wonder if his "mood" here might hearken back to his one and only performance of Regret....just some random thoughts...❤

I love both these songs. We all know what he can do with his amazing voice, but, I have to say, I also love that he doesn't always use the incredible highs. Love that you reacted to two Dimash songs. It was fun seeing how Dimash was on stage five years ago. At the ustanbul concert ge sung a new song by Nathan Wang which I don’t know what it was called because it was in mandarin, I think. But he suddenly was so comfortable and really got into the moves, was all over the stage and it was like Let’s get this part started.
