According to his statements, Dimash heard his name in the audience. He was recognized. I would always recognize his voice. This frequency and clarity is simply unattainable.

This is why I don’t understand why people always say he has so many voices! He has HIS voice , he uses it in many ways and always sounds like Dimash! So beautiful!

Can't disguise the voice, the height, nor the Kazakh national golden eagle.

Apparently, the costume was custom made for Dimash and they gifted it to him after the show.

He chose that outfit because an Eagle is the National Bird of Kazakstan. 🤩🥰🌹💐👍❤️🇨🇦

The audience knew it was Dimash as soon as he walked on stage. No one in China is 6’3” tall. He decided not to disguise his voice.

Of course, they knew without a shadow of a doubt who the "Eagle" was. Dimash made a guest appearance here, he even said that he wanted to change his voice, but it made no sense because they recognized him immediately. It is impossible to confuse this voice with any other. I'll be in Budapest too!💗

If I don't confuse anything, Dimash was an invited guest in this show, who also perform in masks. And since he did not participate in a competition that had many stages, there was no reason to hide his voice in order to confuse the jury. And what's the point if his voice can be recognized by the smallest details from hundreds of thousands of other voices? Dimash was a guest in that competition he didn't compete ,he couldn't anyway ,he was recognised from the first step he did on that stage ,not only by his amazing voice but from the height as well ,in China you don't see people of his height very often ,in fact they gifted him the suit in witch he sang that day too ....

His mask and custom is based on the Kazajistán flag, Dimash design this custom and He is the Kazajistán Bird (according His words). And the custom is amazing because it’s wings have movement and rise up. Masked Singer China has a different rule with the American one. It's not a competition. John, you must (i insist) go see Dimash at least once in a lifetime. What you see on youtube video will be what you hear on his live concert, you will get even more goosebumps or even crying as you did in Japan. You will get to see all 6'3" tall man himself, see his beauty, his talent and his heart upclose. Dimash bares all in all his concert because he cherished the connection he has with his beloved dears, even non-fans are left speechless in his concert. I have seen him in concert once and i'm planning to go again because we missed him. His next concert is in Hong Kong (he will celebrate his 7th international debut there) and his next concert is Budapest, Hungary on 4th May 2024 (May the 4th be with you 🖖🏻). 3 2 1 Letsgo!! 💪🏻🔥

There's another song I've heard from this season where I think it must be the opening number because all of the contestants are on stage performing together. When he sings his line you can just hear screaming in the audience. He gets a huge pop from them and you just know they all knew it was him lol. He also plays the dombra in another performance lol. Hi John, Dimash was the 'mystery'l guest not a competitor and at this point they already knew who it was. Before this he had already sung with one of the other contestants and as soon as he walked out of stage they started screaming Dimash's name, apparently he was going to try and disguise his voice but it was pointless so he just carried on. As soon as he had finished he walked back out holding his mask unlike the others who get voted to ' take it off' !!

When I first saw this video, the first thing I thought was, how the heck is he going to disguise that golden voice of his? John, you nailed it with this reaction. Dimash's voice is one of a kind. The Chinese audience there, I would say 90% of them knew right away that it was Dimash singing. Within the first minute of the song, someone yelled out "Di ma xi" !!! (His name in Chinese) It was a spectacular performance. His costume was of the Kazakh golden eagle.

In China it happens that some singers go to the show for one episode to appear there. Ofc they recognized him. But he sang 3 songs in this episode , the first was a group performance ( Bella Ciao in Mandarin) with 5 other artists, each with short solo parts, the 2nd one is a duet, (I Want It That Way) and this was the last solo performance. At first he restrained himself, he sang nothing special, but dears can recognize his voice anyway as you said lol. In the duet he showed little deliccies, nuances but no high voice, I loved it! And in this last one he finally let loose, and showed all his range & skills. I would like to watch your reaction to the 2 other performances, I'm curious, wether you could recognize his voice in them... I think you can.❤

I heard this song three and a half years ago. I never in my whole life thought that I was going to be addicted to a song in Chinese language. I love this song by Dimash So Much that I am addicted to it. It a real shame that he only sang it once. This performance in my Dimash's top ten. I heard the original and his version is soooo far beyond and above like the Sun to the Moon.

Dimash will be having another concert after Hong Kong. On 4/5/24 he will be in Budapest, Hungary. If you want info to attend, I really recommend joining one of his fan clubs. Dimash Kudaibergen International Fan Club or DKIFC would be a great place to find out everything you want to know. The Dears know everything and will help you. I would love to see your travel blog!

The crowd already knew it was Dimash. He said he was going to try to mask his voice. The moment he walked onto the stage the crowd screamed his name. He said he didn't bother trying to disguise his voice and just sang. There's NO mistaking Dimash's technique and voice

This was the final solo, after first singing just one line or in chorus with five other contestants (Bella ciao); then just a duet with the smiley-face contestant (I want it that way); and lots of clues and games in between. The organizers knew very well everyone would guess immediately, so they’d booked him only for one episode 😂. Apparently, the minute he opened his mouth in the first group song, someone in the audience gasped, “Dimash!” After that, the rest was just show… At the end, I think over 90% of the audience and 100% of the judges guessed correctly. By the way if you can’t make it to Hong Kong, they just announced a concert in Budapest on May 4, 2024. Airfare is way cheaper. Hope you make it to both!❤

Yes, Dimash can only do what he does best….jump between registers seamlessly, perfect vibrato, his range and clarity. His voice is very distinctive with all his tones and colors; unmatched by any other out there, past or present! Yes, in one of the videos from this show, I could hear someone calling out his name but not sure if which song it was. Seriously, I'd recognize his voice anytime, anywhere! It's unique.

I am not sure why it took me this long to figure out a huge reason I am mesmerized by DImash. Yes, his voice absolutley cuts to my soul, but it is more than that. His facial expressions get me too but I find I am absolutely fascinated by his hand and body movements. I knew that, but it didn't quite register why until I saw him in a costume. I just realized I would recognize Dimash even without him singing as long as he was moving. I had to laugh at myself because it took me this long to realize that it's because that is my job and it's what I do all day long. I am a Fitness Specialist and a coach and I diagnose how people move. Sometimes I coach my athletes from far away or even when it is still dark, and I still know who is who based on the way they move. It's funny how sometimes it takes some time to figure out why things affect us the way they do. This is why yes, I listen to Dimash streaming but when I watch him, I am so much more invested and I can seriously watch him for hours and hours and hours!!!! Ha! I have a slight problem. Someday, if I am ever lucky enough to see him in concert, I know I wont stop watching even for one second!
