I saw them in concert and it was crazy at how many guy metal heads were there. It was cute hearing them cheer for the girls though

These girls put out so many consistent hits I'm going to have to retitle my playlist from "Kpop" to "Dreamcatcher and friends"

You should listen to their whole album. Leez and Ollounder did a phenomenal job producing it!! There is Jazz, funk, r&b, rock. It's really diverse and wonderful

if you haven't heard "What" by them yet id HIGHLY recommend its probably their hardest hitting song

The breakdown is like a combination of Big Room house and Rock. This is not the first time they try big room house, as they did it in the closure of 'Silent night', but yes, they've never tried that combination between the two genres, it's fantastic!

This song is a masterpiece i really hope they get their first win off of it

It was a different sword girl lol, two different girls held the sword in Deja Vu, Jiu and Yoohyeon, in this one it was Sua

i think psychetrance is such a good medium and sound for dreamcatcher, just like metal/rock, i think it really suits the sound they are going for.

SuA is the member with the Sword in Scream lookin' like a Valkyrie! JiU and Yoohyeon are the members with the Sword in DejaVu. JiU Drops the Sword Yoohyeon picks it up to backstab JiU.

yeess!! so glad y'all reacted to scream! it rly is badass. lore wise this is separate from deja vu, deja vu was a collaboration with a japanese mobile game called "King's Raid" so the lore follows a bit of that game. Scream is the start of a new series that seems to be more of a norse concept with the tree of language they got going on as well as the sword. witches and cult included of course.

Dreamcatcher just came back with a Japanese single "Endless Night", the bass is super lit, please check it out, you won't be disappointed

Moonbyul (member of Mamamoo) recently release a solo album with her title track "Eclipse" . it's a style most do by male idols , but she was brave and take the challenge cause she feels comfortable with that and she really like it. In her words the music shouldn't belong a genre 😊

Deja Vu is a completely separate song they did for a mobile game with no relation to their past songs or this one. Scream is the start of a brand new chapter/arc for Dreamcatcher, hence the new music style. Great reaction as usual, guys!

SuA is the sword girl and yesss show her love. Its what she deserves. You should watch the suit dance video they did. It shows the choreo in full and she's even more powerful there (she's the main dancer so duh)

In this music video it is SuA. In Deja Vu it was JiU, she's the girl with the dark hair in the background green screen 6:35 (Purple hair). EDIT: JiU had blonde hair in the Deja Vu video though. Yoohyeon had the sword for a brief moment in Deja Vu (the backstabber). She's the blonde one on this music video 6:35 with JiU.

Hey guys, loved your reactions as always. Dreamcatcher are amazin! About the green screen, I like how the MV is behind in the background(haven't seen that one from other reactors) but I think it would be better if you would be one in each corner with the amp in the middle(like in RPG's). I know that means a bigger green screen, I'm guessing yours is about 3m wide or so, but I think you can split the scene in the editor. If not, get a slightly wider one(you can get them for cheap at tailor shops btw, you really just need a something in the same color). That way you are both integrated in the MV. Dunno I think that would look good.

Yea there is actually a layer of guitar in the breakdown/chorus... it's way quieter than the synth sound, and it's mostly palm muted, but you can hear it most in the final 4 notes of the line. They ring out 4 chords right when they say "i just wanna make you scream" during the breakdown. Once you spot that, it's easier to hear the palm mutes too.

I love groups that create music with mad purpose, message, concept,passion and aren’t afraid to go out of their comfort zone. That’s why I love BTS, Stray kidz and dream catcher. I never really vibes with Blackpink or Exo. They are freaking talented, but they lack the purpose and passion the other groups have. And that makes a world of a difference.

hey guys! i loved this reaction, i’d definitely recommend listening/reacting to their intros!!! on every album they have one, my personal favorite is My Toys because of the SICK guitar in that track :) the intros have a lot more musical risks than the title tracks in terms of heavier guitar and fills etc because they don’t have to fit a music video or lyrics, so i would love to see y’all reacting to those!
